Hi. I’m Jen.

I'm a writer and creative director who’s told stories for The Kansas City Star + Forbes, Hallmark + HuffPost. I started my career in TV news, was a ghostwriter for advertising executives and now co-run a historic home remodeling company with my husband. I have an MFA in writing, a graphic novel in the works, and an 1891 Victorian full of kids as often as possible. I also write memoir, reluctantly. Sometimes, I coach people writing books.
